Bilingual Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

To support patient recruitment efforts, the remote, part-time Bilingual Engagement Specialist will perform telephonic outreach to potential program participants, educate them about services, and schedule initial clinical assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform outreach attempts to a list of potential patients
• Educate potential patients on Spiras Health services and encourage scheduling of initial visits
• Overcome objections and meet productivity standards as outlined in the department manual

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of comparable work experience with successful outcomes
• Customer service experience
• Telephonic outreach experience
• Fluent in Spanish
• Comfortable with various software platforms (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Dynamics, Google Maps)
