Bilingual Engagement Specialist
Job Summary
To support client engagement, the part-time Bilingual Engagement Specialist will serve as the primary contact for clients, educating them about career transition services and connecting them to appropriate resources while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Educate clients on LHH programs and engage in active listening to address their needs and concerns
- Manage client inquiries through calls, emails, and SMS, ensuring timely and professional follow-up
- Meet engagement KPI metrics while documenting all interactions accurately in the ORBIT system
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French (preferably French-Canadian) with strong verbal and written skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in sales and customer service
- Ability to work a set Monday-Friday schedule in a distraction-free home office
- Familiarity with computer systems and internet connectivity requirements
