Bilingual English Portuguese Chat Support Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Chat Support Agent (English/Portuguese) for their remote Banking Operations - Business Banking position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and efficient customer service via chat, email, and potentially phone
• Be a customer advocate, capturing feedback and finding solutions
• Anticipate customer needs and promote various products through cross-selling opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in customer communications and success in Financial services
• Prior experience with CRM platforms such as Intercom, Zendesk, and Salesforce
• Knowledge of Regulation E, Regulation Z, and dispute processes
• Experience in working with BPOs
