Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual English Quality Assurance Seasonal Representative to monitor recorded calls and provide recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality monitoring of call center agent recordings using documented standards and systems
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend solutions for improvement
  • Document agent interaction with callers and flag compliance issues when identified
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in Customer Service and/or Quality review in a Call Center Environment preferred
  • Bilingual - fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish
  • Proficient with Windows programs, specifically Excel
  • Strong comprehension skills
