Job Summary

Leading consultative conversations with prospective clients, the full-time Bilingual Enrollment Sales Consultant will manage inbound and outbound calls, guiding clients from inquiry to enrollment in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a personal lead pipeline from initial contact through enrollment
  • Respond to new inquiries promptly and conduct consistent outbound follow-ups
  • Meet and exceed individual enrollment targets while maintaining accurate CRM records
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years in a high-volume call role, such as sales, recruiting, or client services
  • Proven track record of meeting conversion or enrollment targets
  • Strong consultative communication skills with an empathetic approach
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Self-directed and organized in a remote work setting
