Bilingual Enrollment Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing enrollment team, the full-time Bilingual Enrollment Sales Consultant will manage a personal lead pipeline, conduct consultative conversations with prospective clients, and guide them from inquiry to confirmed enrollment in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries and following up consistently
• Lead consultative conversations to uncover client goals and address concerns, meeting enrollment targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records and build referral relationships with external partners

Required qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-volume phone role such as sales, recruiting, call center, consulting, or admissions
• Proven track record of meeting conversion or enrollment targets
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Self-directed and organized in a remote work environment
