Bilingual Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Enrollment Specialist to manage patient enrollments in chronic care management and remote patient monitoring programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to patients to explain program benefits and enroll them in care management programs
• Ensure a seamless enrollment process for prospective patients
• Manage a high open caseload and provide exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required
• Experience in enrollment or medical sales is preferred
• High computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems
• Engaging personality with a strong desire to connect with patients
