Key Responsibilities

• Engage potential patients through outbound calls to promote and enroll them in services
• Maintain accurate enrollment records and collaborate with leadership to improve the enrollment process
• Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish
• 1+ years of sales experience required
• 2+ years of work experience in eye care or a related field preferred
• Proficient with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred
• Ability to work remotely with reliable Wifi access
