Bilingual Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Creole/English Enrollment Specialist (Hourly + Incentive) (1099/Contractor).

Key Responsibilities:

• Articulate the value of Comprehensive Care Management and conduct assessments for service eligibility
• Explain the benefits of enrollment in services and ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards
• Meet or exceed daily enrollment targets while providing excellent customer service

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Creole and English
• Experience in customer-facing communications or outbound customer service
• Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse audiences
• Prior experience using technology for documentation and communication
• Knowledge of or experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
