Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Outbound Enrollment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to engage eligible members in Spanish and English
• Drive member activation and enrollment by explaining the benefits of services
• Support members through the enrollment process and manage follow-up activities

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) is required
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, member enrollment, or high-volume outreach
• Proven success in high-volume outbound calling environments
• Experience with cold calling and proactive outreach
• Ability to work towards individual performance targets and goals
