Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Enrollment Specialist (Remote - Outbound Sales).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage potential patients and promote enrollment in care management programs
• Guide patients through the enrollment process while ensuring accurate information collection
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with other departments to enhance service delivery and meet enrollment targets

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• 1+ years of sales experience is required
• 2+ years of experience in eye care or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is preferred
• Must have a secure and HIPAA-compliant home office workspace
