Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Inbound/Outbound Enrollment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide prospective families through K-12 online schooling options via inbound and outbound calls
• Develop relationships with parents and assess their needs to recommend suitable programs
• Meet key performance indicators related to attendance, productivity, enrollments, and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Spanish (CEF C1 level or above)
• High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be 18 years or older and reside within an approved state
• 1 or more years of customer service experience preferred
• College degree or some college completed preferred
