Bilingual Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support patient enrollment in a remote environment, the full-time Bilingual Enrollment Specialist will engage with prospective patients suffering from chronic eye diseases, making a high volume of outbound calls and guiding them through the enrollment process while ensuring a compassionate approach.

Key responsibilities

• Make over 80 outbound calls daily to prospective patients and secure a minimum of 10 enrollments each day
• Educate patients on program benefits and assist them through the enrollment process while maintaining HIPAA compliance
• Document interactions in CRM software and collaborate with leadership to optimize outreach strategies

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or a related field
• Previous experience working directly with patients or in a caregiving role is highly preferred
• Proficiency with CRM systems and comfort with technology
• Strong sales instincts, including persuasion and objection handling
