Bilingual Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the temporary Bilingual Member Enrollment Specialist will conduct outbound calls to enroll patients in a program, ensuring a positive enrollment experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through the enrollment process via a smartphone app
• Conduct outbound calls to program-eligible patients and convert those calls into successful enrollments
• Gather patient insights on the enrollment experience to identify areas for growth and improvement

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking members
• Experience in customer support, conducting outbound calls, or converting sales leads is highly preferred
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to navigate challenges effectively
• Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask and navigate different systems simultaneously
• Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently
