Bilingual Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the temporary Bilingual Enrollment Specialist will work remotely to conduct outbound calls, assist patients in enrolling via a smartphone app, and create exceptional enrollment experiences while gathering insights to improve the process.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for program-eligible patients and assist with enrollment
• Conduct outbound calls to convert leads into enrollments and evangelize program benefits
• Gather patient insights to identify areas for growth and enhance team performance

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with professional communication skills
• Experience in customer support, conducting outbound calls, or sales lead conversion
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities
• Tech-savvy with multitasking skills and ability to navigate different systems
