Bilingual Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the temporary Bilingual Enrollment Specialist will work remotely to conduct outbound calls, assist patients in enrolling via a smartphone app, and create exceptional enrollment experiences while providing valuable insights to enhance the program.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through the enrollment process
• Conduct outbound calls to program-eligible patients and convert those calls into enrollments
• Gather patient insights to identify areas for growth and improve the enrollment experience

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in customer support, outbound calling, or sales lead conversion is highly preferred
• Ability to build relationships and navigate challenges effectively
• Tech-savvy with multitasking skills to manage various systems simultaneously
• Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently
