Bilingual Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the temporary Bilingual Enrollment Specialist will work remotely to conduct outbound calls, assist patients with enrollment via a smartphone app, and create exceptional patient experiences while gathering insights to improve the enrollment process.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through the enrollment process
• Conduct outbound calls to eligible patients and convert those calls into enrollments
• Gather patient insights to identify areas for growth and enhance team performance

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with clear and professional communication skills
• Experience in customer support, outbound calling, or sales lead conversion is highly preferred
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to navigate challenges effectively
• Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask across different systems
• Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently
