Bilingual Enrollment Specialist
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Bilingual Enrollment Specialist, the candidate will manage initial consultations and comprehensive assessments, coordinate care journeys, and effectively communicate the value of medical services to patients and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to patients expressing interest in care to explain services and offerings
- Coordinate cognitive health screening campaigns and schedule appointments
- Assist patients with technology and other inquiries during the enrollment process
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish
- Demonstrated call center experience with high-volume calls
- Prior telehealth experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Medicare and insurance concepts
- Experience working with the elderly population
