Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Enrollment Support Specialist responsible for delivering client and worker enrollment experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual retention and enrollment assistance to workers across the U.S
• Educate workers on benefits and assist with technical support and enrollment processes
• Document customer interactions and maintain performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Valid Health and Life insurance license
• Prefer a 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or human resources is desirable
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts between 8am-8pm EST
