Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Bilingual Entrepreneurship Faculty member who will teach courses in Spanish and English, engage with students, and contribute to a rewarding online learning experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate online courses in entrepreneurship, ensuring effective communication and engagement with a diverse student population
• Maintain expertise in the subject matter and adhere to university guidelines while fostering student retention and academic excellence
• Complete required certifications within specified timeframes to enhance teaching effectiveness and professional growth

Required qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Entrepreneurship, Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, Juris Doctorate, or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution
• At least 5 years of experience in entrepreneurship or running a small business
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with demonstrated proficiency in both languages
• College-level teaching experience; online teaching experience preferred
• Record of excellence in teaching and ability to engage with Spanish-speaking students
