Bilingual Family Care Navigator

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Family Care Navigator (Spanish) to manage a high-volume pipeline of families seeking autism care, executing rapid outbound communications and converting leads into scheduled clinical assessments in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high-volume inbound/outbound calls, SMS, and email cadences to qualify families and minimize speed-to-lead times
• Own top-of-funnel conversion metrics by nurturing leads and successfully booking initial clinical orientations and assessments
• Review insurance eligibility and articulate ABA benefits to families, ensuring a smooth intake workflow and securing prior authorizations

Required qualifications

• 3+ months of ABA clinical experience or relevant training as an RBT
• 1-3+ years of experience in inside sales, high-volume customer intake, or metric-driven customer success environments
• Proven ability to manage a CRM sales funnel, preferably HubSpot, with a focus on conversion rates and pipeline velocity
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust with families over the phone
• Associate's degree or higher preferred; equivalent professional outreach or sales experience will be considered
