Job Summary
As a full-time Bilingual Financial Consultant, the successful candidate will consult with clients to assess their financial situations, educate them on debt settlement options, and manage leads while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with clients to evaluate their finances and determine debt settlement viability
- Handle inbound calls and proactively reach out to leads, maintaining detailed records in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while adhering to state and federal laws related to debt settlement
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience enrolling customers in debt settlement programs
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 2+ years of sales experience in a call center with a proven track record
- Experience using a CRM to manage customer interactions and maintain documentation
- Availability to work evenings and/or weekends as required
