Job Summary

Working remotely full-time, the Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative will manage incoming inquiries regarding retirement plans, provide exceptional service to customers, and process account changes while collaborating with a team in a call center environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming telephone inquiries and educate customers about their retirement savings accounts
  • Process contribution changes, loans, withdrawals, and general account changes as directed by customers
  • Communicate critical updates and changes related to retirement plans
Required qualifications
  • Associates degree or higher and at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Availability to work a 40-hour week, including outside traditional business hours and occasional Saturdays
  • Capability to work overtime as required based on business needs
  • Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work
