Job Summary

Providing exceptional service to customers, the full-time Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries regarding retirement plans, process account changes, and educate clients, all while working remotely in a flexible environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming telephone inquiries related to retirement savings accounts from participants, employers, and third-party plan specialists
  • Process contribution changes, loans, withdrawals, and general account changes as directed by customers
  • Communicate critical plan updates and changes to customers effectively
Required qualifications
  • Availability to work a 40-hour week, including outside traditional business hours and occasional Saturdays
  • Associate's degree or higher and at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Capability to work overtime as required based on business needs
  • Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work
