Bilingual Financial Service Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing financial services team, the full-time Bilingual Financial Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service and financial solutions, including managing loan applications and collections, while working remotely in British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and guide them through the loan application and approval process
• Achieve monthly sales targets and recommend suitable financial products to clients
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards while conducting collection activities and resolving escalated issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or related field is an asset
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or financial sales
• At least 6 months of experience in collections or repayment negotiations
• Leadership or supervisory experience in lending or banking preferred
• Professional proficiency in English and either French or Spanish is required
