Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Financial Eligibility Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to educate members about available state and federal benefits
• Support members throughout the enrollment process, handling necessary paperwork and follow-ups
• Triaging incoming referrals for members needing social services and providing operational support

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish or Haitian-Creole
• Strong understanding of federal and state programs, especially Medicaid and SNAP
• 3+ years in a customer or patient-serving role, preferably in social services or financial eligibility
• Proficient in utilizing various technologies and tools to enhance service delivery
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
