Key Responsibilities:

Review FMLA, state, and company leave medical certifications
Correspond with clients regarding leave status and decisions
Process reports for clients and short term disability partners

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required
Customer service experience required, benefits administration/FMLA experience a plus
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
High-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace
