Bilingual FNOL Agent

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time or part-time Bilingual FNOL Agent will assist Citizens policyholders by handling incoming calls, documenting information, and filing First Notice of Loss (FNOL) reports in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers reporting a loss and guide them through the claims process
• Accurately document incident details and input data into insurance systems to create claim files
• Provide support and reassurance to callers during stressful situations while advocating for their needs

Required qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, with a requirement to pass a fluency test
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check
