Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time or part-time Bilingual FNOL Agent will support Citizens policyholders by handling incoming calls, documenting information, and filing First Notice of Loss (FNOL) reports in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from policyholders, guiding them through the claims process and addressing their inquiries
  • Accurately document incidents and input data into insurance systems to create claim files
  • Provide support and reassurance to callers during stressful situations while advocating for their needs
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, with a requirement to pass a fluency test
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
