Job Summary
Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time or part-time Bilingual FNOL Agent will support Citizens policyholders by handling incoming calls, documenting information, and filing First Notice of Loss (FNOL) reports in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from policyholders, guiding them through the claims process and addressing their inquiries
- Accurately document incidents and input data into insurance systems to create claim files
- Provide support and reassurance to callers during stressful situations while advocating for their needs
Required qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, with a requirement to pass a fluency test
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
