Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Bilingual French Automotive Advisor, the full-time remote position will guide clients in maintenance and repair decisions, ensuring fleet efficiency while working from home in New Orleans, LA.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and recommend maintenance and repair procedures for accuracy and cost-effectiveness
• Support clients and vendors to minimize downtime and control costs through effective communication
• Analyze repair orders and client needs, providing timely advice and solutions for automotive services

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 valid ASE certifications (no expired certifications) in specified areas
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and French
• Two years of experience in automotive maintenance or dealership service departments
• Six months of customer service experience required
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
