Job Summary

Providing comprehensive customer support, the full-time Bilingual French Customer Coordinator will manage inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely resolution of issues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming service requests and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Generate and follow up on service request work orders for completion
  • Update company systems and databases while coordinating logistics for meetings as needed
Required qualifications
