Job Summary
Providing comprehensive customer support, the full-time Bilingual French Customer Coordinator will manage inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely resolution of issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming service requests and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
- Generate and follow up on service request work orders for completion
- Update company systems and databases while coordinating logistics for meetings as needed
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in both English and French for effective communication with clients and staff
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience with up to 2 years of job-related experience
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive approach to tasks
- Basic math skills for calculating percentages, discounts, and markups
