Job Summary

Providing end-to-end support for customer inquiries, the full-time Bilingual French Customer Coordinator will resolve issues and manage service requests while working remotely in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming service requests via phone, chat, email, and online inquiries, escalating as necessary
  • Generate and follow up on service request work orders, ensuring timely completion
  • Update company systems and databases, and run various ad hoc reports for review
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience with up to 2 years of job-related experience
  • Proficiency in both French and English
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and basic math skills for calculating figures
  • Ability to follow established work routines and standards
