Job Summary
Working fully remote, the Bilingual French Customer Service Case Manager will manage customer relationships, provide product knowledge, and resolve service issues for a globally recognized automotive client, ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer experiences by guiding customers through the buying process and addressing their needs
- Act as a liaison between customers, service support, and dealerships, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions
- Document customer inquiries and concerns while utilizing customer satisfaction tools to resolve issues effectively
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Bilingual in English and Canadian French (Fluent), with the ability to pass verbal and written assessments
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, call center, hospitality, public relations, or sales
- Experience in a luxury field or knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
- Typing skills of at least 30 words per minute
