Job Summary

Working fully remote, the Bilingual French Customer Service Case Manager will manage customer interactions, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the pre-purchase journey for a leading automotive brand.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by guiding clients through vehicle information, availability, and promotions
  • Serve as a resource for product information and service support while efficiently handling inbound communications
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Canadian French (Fluent) with the ability to pass assessments
  • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service or related fields
  • Experience in luxury hospitality or automotive industry is a plus
  • Typing skills of at least 30 words per minute
