Job Summary

Fluent in both English and French, the full-time Bilingual French Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications, process insurance documents, and address customer inquiries remotely while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

Key responsibilities
  • Processes incoming insurance documents and accurately enters customer information into internal systems
  • Handles customer inquiries through phone calls and email correspondence, resolving issues in real-time
  • Documents and updates customer records based on interactions and participates in team initiatives to improve customer experience
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
  • A minimum of 3 years of Customer Service or Contact Center experience, focusing on data entry and email support
  • Proficient keyboard skills with a typing speed of 7,000 kph (alpha numeric)
