Job Summary
Acting as the first point of contact for French and English-speaking customers, the full-time Bilingual French Customer Service Representative will provide professional assistance, resolve inquiries, and ensure accurate processing of policies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or web, handling account questions and concerns in both languages
- Resolve problems and verify insurance requirements while accurately entering information into internal systems
- Process policies and related documents efficiently to maintain workflow and assist other departments as needed
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
