Job Summary

Acting as the first point of contact for French and English-speaking customers, the full-time Bilingual French Customer Service Representative will provide professional assistance, resolve inquiries, and ensure accurate processing of policies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone or web, handling account questions and concerns in both languages
  • Resolve problems and verify insurance requirements while accurately entering information into internal systems
  • Process policies and related documents efficiently to maintain workflow and assist other departments as needed
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
