Job Summary
A company in the retail industry is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide world-class customer support to their Canadian customers in both French and English.
Position Responsibilities
- Assist Canadian customers with product and service inquiries via inbound and outbound channels
- Achieve monthly retention and productivity goals with a customer experience mindset
- Utilize sales skills to qualify customers and lead them to the right product for their needs
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
- 1-2 years of retention or customer success experience
- 1-2 years of B2B or DTC service/support experience in a call center or remote environment
- Strong computer literacy with experience in programs such as Five9, Chat Tools, Google Suite, and Slack
- Great interpersonal skills
