Bilingual French Document Reviewer

Job Summary

To support a growing Managed Services department, the full-time remote Bilingual French Document Reviewer will audit driver qualification documents, translate documents from Canadian French to English, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Audit driver qualification documents and drug & alcohol information for clients
• Identify discrepancies and enter information into applicable systems
• Collaborate with Client Service Specialists to validate client information and maintain regulatory knowledge

Required qualifications

• Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading French; Canadian French is a plus
• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• 1+ years of experience in a general office setting or a combination of experience and post-secondary education
• Experience in a highly regulated industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using a PC and navigating multiple screens and programs
