Job Summary

Fluent in both French and English, the part-time Bilingual French Live Verify Agent will manage customer interactions via phone and chat to verify rental information for the Truck Share 24/7 program, ensuring compliance with company standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Review customer sessions for accuracy and provide assistance through phone and chat
• Make outbound calls to verify alternate contacts and address customer inquiries
• Ensure compliance with company policies to maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• Fluency in both French and English
• One year of experience in a high-volume phone customer service role
• Technical proficiency with required hardware and software specifications
• Strong multitasking abilities to assist multiple customers simultaneously
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, with a minimum of 25 hours per week
