Bilingual Funding Associate

Job Summary

Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese, the full-time remote Bilingual Funding Associate will ensure loan packages meet quality standards, conduct verification of client information, and manage communications with dealerships to support the funding process.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that all funding packages submitted by dealers meet company quality standards
• Conduct phone verification of personal and employment information for prospective clients
• Manage incoming communications from dealerships regarding the status of funding packages

Required qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
• Minimum of 1 year experience in banking or auto lending
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Demonstrated historical career stability
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday, 10:30am-7pm local time
