Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Funding Officer, Concierge Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and complete the loan adjudication process by validating documentation and reviewing loan conditions
• Provide detailed customer-oriented service to Partners and Borrowers, responding to inquiries promptly
• Maintain knowledge of lending requirements and follow security procedures to prevent fraud and ensure operational integrity

Required Qualifications

• Bilingualism in French is required
• Customer service experience is required
• 1+ years of experience in financial services or a call center environment is an asset
• Willingness to learn consumer credit and lending practices
• Technical and organizational abilities are a must
