Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual English and Japanese Global Care Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a team member in the 24/7 Emergency Response and Assistance Center
• Coordinate medical assistance services for travelers experiencing medical emergencies
• Manage domestic and international assistance cases from opening to closing

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of customer experience in an office setting
• Bilingual fluency in English and Japanese
• Ability to work variable hours in a 24/7 department
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook
