Bilingual Global Registration Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a diverse portfolio of cosmetic clients, the full-time Bilingual Global Registration Specialist will manage regulatory submissions, develop internal SOPs, and communicate with international customers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate with international customers via phone and email to provide support and information
• Verify data for accuracy and compliance, compiling submissions to regulatory authorities
• Assist in the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal and client-facing services

Required qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, customer service, or data entry
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience in developing or maintaining SOPs or regulatory documentation
• Strong understanding of cosmetic regulations (FDA, Health Canada, EU, etc.) is preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and time-sensitive client needs
