Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual English and Gulf Arabic Global Care Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate medical assistance services for travelers experiencing medical emergencies
• Manage all aspects of domestic or international assistance cases from opening to closing
• Provide superior customer support by answering inquiries and ensuring continuity of service delivery

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or 3+ years of equivalent work experience in an office setting
• 2+ years of customer experience in an office environment
• Bilingual fluency in English and Gulf Arabic
• Ability to work variable hours in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook
