Job Summary

Fluent in both Haitian Creole and English, the full-time remote Bilingual Haitian Creole Customer Service Representative will manage incoming calls from consumers, provide assistance with healthcare coverage applications, and ensure compliance with confidentiality policies while residing within 100 miles of New York, NY.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from consumers regarding healthcare plans and services
• Process applications for health care coverage and facilitate life event changes as requested
• Document all inquiries and maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs and systems

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 6+ months of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
• Fluency in Haitian Creole and English, including reading and translation skills
• Residency within 100 miles of New York, NY
• Strong data entry and telephone skills
• Previous customer service experience preferred
