Bilingual HCM Training Consultant

Job Summary

Fluent in both French and English, the Bilingual HCM Training Consultant will deliver engaging virtual training to customers, internal employees, and partners, helping them maximize the value of Dayforce HCM solutions in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver virtual training sessions in both French and English while maintaining expertise in Dayforce HCM functionality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor training solutions that meet customer business needs and support successful adoption
• Manage multiple training initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery of high-quality learning experiences

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both French and English
• Experience in delivering training to customers or internal teams
• Eligibility to obtain or currently hold Canadian Protected B security clearance
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Familiarity with virtual training platforms and Microsoft Office tools
