Job Summary
To support its significant growth, the full-time Bilingual Health Call Center Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to email inquiries, and provide accurate information on commercial health plan benefits and claims in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Research, review, and respond to inquiries from members and providers
- Effectively manage escalations and handle member complaints with professionalism
- Document calls accurately and recognize trends to suggest improvements to leadership
Required qualifications
- At least two years of customer service experience supporting a commercial health plan
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
- Knowledge of medical and insurance industry terminology
- Experience collaborating with operational units such as Claims and Appeals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems, preferably SalesForce
