Job Summary

To support its significant growth, the full-time Bilingual Health Call Center Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to email inquiries, and provide accurate information on commercial health plan benefits and claims in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Research, review, and respond to inquiries from members and providers
  • Effectively manage escalations and handle member complaints with professionalism
  • Document calls accurately and recognize trends to suggest improvements to leadership
Required qualifications
  • At least two years of customer service experience supporting a commercial health plan
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
  • Knowledge of medical and insurance industry terminology
  • Experience collaborating with operational units such as Claims and Appeals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems, preferably SalesForce
