Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time remote Bilingual Health Call Center Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information on commercial health plan benefits, eligibility, and claims while delivering exceptional customer service to members and providers.

Key responsibilities
  • Research, review, and respond to inquiries from members and providers
  • Effectively manage escalations and ensure timely communication and follow-through
  • Accurately document calls and recognize trends to suggest improvements to leadership
Required qualifications
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience supporting a commercial health plan
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Knowledge of medical and insurance industry terminology, including CPT/ICD-10 codes
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
