Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Bilingual Health Care Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve insurance and payment inquiries, and provide support in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities
- Make and answer calls to resolve billing and payment issues while adhering to client-specific protocols
- Respond to patient inquiries professionally and thoroughly, ensuring compliance with applicable laws
- Investigate client inquiries and manage payment arrangements effectively
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role with public interaction
- Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, and healthcare insurance is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Demonstrated flexibility in scheduling, including evening and weekend availability
- Bilingual candidates are required to support bilingual calls
