Key responsibilities

  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role with public interaction

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated flexibility in scheduling, including evening and weekend availability
  • Bilingual candidates are required to support bilingual calls
