Job Summary

To support a fast-growing team, the fully remote Bilingual Health Care Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, resolve insurance inquiries, and process payments while adhering to client-specific protocols and applicable laws.

Key responsibilities:
  • Handle calls to resolve billing and payment issues utilizing established work queues
  • Respond to patient inquiries in a professional and thorough manner
  • Monitor and enter payment arrangements while following client-specific protocols
Required qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, and healthcare insurance preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Bilingual candidates will provide additional support for bilingual calls
